Dr. Herb Conaway, a proud lifelong resident of Burlington County, is the son of a teacher and a nurse. From an early age, he was inspired by his parents' dedication to service and his community, which shaped his desire to give back. After graduating from public high school, Dr. Conaway pursued his passion for medicine, earning an undergraduate degree from Princeton University, a medical degree from Jefferson Medical College, and a law degree from Rutgers Law School in Camden.
Dr. Conaway began his career by serving in the U.S. Air Force, where he rose to the rank of Captain in the Medical Corps at McGuire Air Force Base. During his four years of service, he worked as a general medical officer and advanced to assistant director of the primary care clinic.
