# InvestPolitics U.S. Public Beta — Participation Consent v1 By joining the InvestPolitics U.S. Public Beta, you confirm the following. ## Eligibility and voluntary participation - You are at least 18 years old. - You are choosing to participate voluntarily. - You understand that the Public Beta may change, pause, or suspend while InvestPolitics tests and improves the service. ## What Trust Points mean InvestPolitics gives participants virtual Trust Points to express relative civic trust in eligible public officials. Trust Points: - have no cash value; - are not an investment or financial product; - are not a political contribution or donation; - are not a vote or substitute for voting; - are not a wager or prediction-market position; - do not constitute a scientific poll response; - do not predict an election result; and - do not constitute an endorsement by InvestPolitics. Your allocations are actions inside the InvestPolitics simulation. They may change when you reclaim or reallocate points. ## Data use for the Public Beta You consent to InvestPolitics processing the account, consent, Trust activity, privacy-request, and operational information described in the Public Beta Privacy Notice and Trust Data Disclosure so that InvestPolitics can operate the service, preserve your activity, prevent misuse, respond to requests, and analyze aggregated or de-identified civic Trust patterns. Your individual Trust allocations are not publicly displayed as your political profile. InvestPolitics does not sell participant data or provide campaigns, parties, PACs, public officials, or political advertisers with privileged participant-level Trust histories. ## Initial Trust budget After you complete authentication, the 18+ attestation, and the required Public Beta policy consent, your account receives an initial 100,000 Trust Points. Receiving the initial Trust budget does not itself complete activation as an InvestPolitics participant. The product's activation event is completing the required initial allocation flow. The initial allocation rules, including the minimum number of eligible public officials and any per-official cap, are enforced by the product. ## No promise of continuous availability The Public Beta can be suspended or individual features can be disabled for security, privacy, integrity, legal, or product reasons. InvestPolitics may correct erroneous data or reverse invalid system-generated states when necessary to preserve ledger integrity, with appropriate operational evidence. ## Withdrawal You may withdraw from participation. Withdrawal prevents future participation or Trust mutation once processed but is different from deletion. Minimal evidence may be retained as described in the Privacy Notice. ## Legal-review status This is an operator-adopted Public Beta consent version. It does not state or imply that outside U.S. counsel has approved the service. InvestPolitics intends to use actual Public Beta issues and usage to support continuing legal review and remediation.
